Walking in the hundred gardens of Xinhai, one scene at a time, one tree at a time, one flower at a time, always reminds me of the little things 11 years ago. We moved a car of turf and made concerted efforts with our male compatriots to put pieces of turf together into grass. We dug holes, watered and planted small trees together. We planted hope and ideals on this salt-alkali beach with sweat and persistence. As female storage and transportation workers, we used to shuttle between loading and unloading oil tankers, wandering among the drivers. We tied up our hair, put on our tooling, and faced the scorching sun and heat waves in the high temperature. Sweat soaked our clothes and made our makeup. In the heavy snow, in the freezing weather, we ran between the tankers in the "open air" mode, taking samples, sending samples and checking lead seals. Our petite bodies did not stop for a moment. We walked under the pipe porch less than one meter away, cleaning rock wool, carrying paint buckets around the tank area, climbing up the top of the oil tank more than 20 meters high for maintenance, and Xinhai female workers have been shouldering half the sky of the enterprise with weak shoulders and professionalism for 11 years. We will never leave to grow up with you, and you will carry us all the way forward with kindness and integrity.

Looking at the industrial landscape sculpture that embodies the efforts and wisdom of the chairman, I am deeply touched. The sculpture design and cloth are the first in China. The panorama shows Xinhai's ambition to synchronize the world and lead China. It shows Xinhai's remarkable achievements in realizing the opening up of the whole process industrial chain of petroleum refining and chemical industry and its glorious course of entering the top 500 Chinese enterprises. All of this is inseparable from the head of the enterprise and the group leadership.
