In April 2021, I officially became a female worker in Xinhai. Before that, I had just graduated from college and was filled with longing. I was anxiously waiting at home for the interview notice from Xinhai Group. Now, I can say with certainty that my wait has not been in vain. Over the past two years, in the context of the steady development of the enterprise, I have watched a group of outstanding talents emerging from frontline employees, actively "taking the lead" in daily work, striving to be a "pacesetter", communicating with each other, learning from each other, and complementing each other's strengths.

"Enterprises have become the cradle of cultivating talents for growth. I am glad that my first job after graduation has given me unlimited growth space and upward momentum. I also understand that when I am a worker, I must forge myself into a good steel. Only by integrating personal development into enterprise development can I maximize my personal value.". Such a large civil enterprise with strong humanistic care and the courage to strive for excellence has driven its employees to move forward bravely, constantly learning and enriching themselves, and has also enabled more and more employees to find their own stage in ordinary positions, reflecting value, displaying style, and creating happiness in labor.

As a female worker in Xinhai, we are fortunate to be able to walk side by side with our male compatriots in our work positions, with the same vast world and platform, giving us the opportunity to strive to become an economically independent and ideologically independent woman of the new era. All of this stems from the development of the enterprise, from its strength, and more importantly, from its people-oriented cultural literacy and corporate spirit of "kindness, integrity, dedication, and innovation.".

Nietzsche once said, "Every day without dancing is a betrayal of life.". I think that's exactly the case. From the hardships and thorns of the construction of the first and second phases of the factory to the historic breakthrough of the successful one-time start-up of the third phase of the project in 2015, to the steady progress of the seventh phase of the project today, over the past decade, the project has achieved significant construction results and continued to increase in benefits. We have won one beautiful battle after another. Behind the numerous achievements of Xinhai Group is the persistent adherence to ideals and beliefs of successive Xinhai people, as well as the vivid interpretation of craftsmanship spirit.

It has been nearly three years since I left campus. The tests of life and the tempering of work have enabled me to abandon my youthful innocence and ignorance. With more prudence and gratitude, I have become more aware of cherishing life and becoming a dedicated worker. Xinhai is steadily advancing into the new decade. As a vigorous force capable of supporting half the sky, we need to create happiness through labor, achieve dreams through skills, seize new opportunities, meet new challenges, and create new achievements and climb new heights in order to achieve the strategic goals of Xinhai Group's intelligent and green environmental tourism and petrochemical enterprises.
