Walking in the Baihua Garden in Xinhai, one scene at a time, one tree and one flower at a time, always reminds me of the past 11 years. We moved a cart of turf, worked together with our male compatriots to piece pieces of turf into a grassland, dug holes and watered together, planted small trees, and with sweat and perseverance, planted hope and ideals on this saline and alkaline beach. As female workers in storage and transportation, we used to shuttle between loading and unloading oil tankers, wandering among the drivers. We bundled up our hair and put on work clothes, withstanding the scorching sun and heat waves in the high temperature, and sweat soaked our clothes, making our makeup look distorted. In the midst of heavy snow and freezing temperatures, we raced between tank cars in "open air" mode, sampling, sending samples, and verifying lead seals. Our petite bodies did not rest for a moment. We walked under a pipe gallery less than a meter away, cleaning rock wool, carrying paint buckets around each tank farm to paint, and climbing onto the top of an oil tank more than 20 meters high for maintenance. During the past 11 years, Xinhai female workers have shouldered half of the sky of the enterprise with a weak shoulder and dedication. We grow with you with perseverance, and you carry us all the way forward with kindness and integrity.

Looking at the industrial landscape sculpture that embodies the painstaking efforts and wisdom of the Chairman, I am deeply moved. The design and layout of the sculpture are the first in China, presenting a panoramic view of Xinhai's ambition to synchronize with the world and lead China, demonstrating Xinhai's proud achievements in achieving the full process of petroleum refining and chemical industry chain connection and its glorious journey into the top 500 Chinese enterprises. All of this cannot be separated from the leaders of the enterprise and the group leadership. It is you who have enabled us to find the door to happiness, who have made our hearts more and more secure, and who have made us more full of motivation!

You see, how soulful they are in their work clothes, and how charming their selfless working expressions are. The women workers in Xinhai are all amazing.
