　　Unconsciously, seven years have passed in the big family of Xinhai. Recalling the past green years, there are always so many people and things still fresh in my memory. The most memorable thing is what happened in a routine inspection of the device two years ago.
　　At that time, the aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit was in the start-up stage, and our shift was the first night shift. As usual, I carry out regular inspection of the device. When I inspected the fractionation air cooling platform, a slight abnormal sound came to my ears. When I continued to move towards the air cooling direction of the main stripper, a smell came along. I immediately realized that there should be a leakage point, and my colleagues and I immediately evacuated to the upwind area. Then, wear the air respirator to the site to find the leakage point. Finally, the leakage point was found at the elbow of the air cooling outlet pipeline, which was caused by the cracking of the pipe fittings. I immediately reported to the shift leader of the workshop. After the leaders confirmed on the site, they organized personnel to carry out emergency treatment to avoid the expansion and development of the leakage accident.
　　Prevent small things from happening and avoid losing big things. As we are in the production line, we should be more responsible and careful in our daily work. Accidents start from small things and injuries start from carelessness. There are no trivial matters in production and safety. Accident potential and safety potential, no matter small or slight, must be eliminated in time. During the work, we should fully mobilize our eyes, ears, mouth, nose and hands to find the abnormalities in the device in time and try to deal with them. Nip the potential accident in the bud. To be a careful person, you should treat everything as small as a valve, a flange and a screw.
