Please report to the human resources department at 8 a.m. on May 31, 2021 and bring it..." yes, I received the long-awaited announcement of Xinhai group.
　　Looking back a few days ago, I was still trembling to prepare relevant materials for the written examination and interview, and recalled the excitement of meeting Xinhai for the first time. The administration building is magnificent, solemn and elegant, and gives people a sense of solemnity and silence in appearance. Perhaps this reflects Xinhai people's serious and rigorous attitude towards work! The central control room is full of science and technology, which proves that Xinhai group is implementing the enterprise innovation concept at its own speed and responding to the national science and technology production policies. Approaching the building, the workers are lining up and running to their posts in an orderly manner. I can't help but praise that Xinhai group has really implemented its serious work style in every small matter. At this time, my admiration for Xinhai has risen to a higher level!
　　But Xinhai is far better than I thought. Xinhai not only has the enterprise spirit of morality, integrity, dedication and innovation, but also has a strong human flavor of Xinhai people! After I entered the power workshop and the team, Xinhai's humanity became more apparent! When we first came to the power workshop, we were like lost lambs, but fortunately we had warm directors, intimate predecessors and careful big brothers and sisters. They are everywhere in work and meticulous in life, ranging from food and accommodation to work details, which makes us new employees not only reduce our cowardice at work, but also better and faster integrate into the power workshop and Xinhai family!
　　2021 is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party and the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the new factory of Xinhai holding group. In this special year, I was lucky to join Xinhai and participate in the chorus competition for the anniversary of the founding of the party. From the very beginning, I was almost eliminated to the whole Party branch insisted on practicing and trying to run in. Finally, the electromechanical instrument Party branch was honored with "Ode to the party", The second prize in the chorus competition of "chasing a dream and a new era" to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party.
