At 5:30 p.m. on April 20, the night training for all staff started on time in the conference center. The video of "Regulations on safety management of work at height" was mainly played in this training.
　　Focusing on the risk of work at height, through the analysis of typical accident cases, the video carefully interprets the definition of work at height, typical hazards, work permit processing process, management and main safety measures of work at height, imperceptibly integrates warning education into it, and strengthens operators' risk awareness and prevention and control skills of work at height.
　　Through this training, the staff improved their awareness of red line, responsibility and prevention, compared with the operation management regulations, found the gaps, standardized operation, and constantly consolidated the safety foundation.
