On the morning of May 12, the Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection invited relevant personnel from Shanghai Industrial Automation Instrument Research Institute to conduct special training on HAZOP analysis and SIL evaluation for members of evaluation teams of various production units in the conference room of hydrocracking workshop. The person in charge of the training started from the theoretical aspect, described the knowledge framework of HAZOP analysis and SIL evaluation in detail, and introduced the purpose, analysis basis, working procedure, relevant guiding words, explanation of deviation and requirements and precautions in the analysis work to the personnel present. Then show you the first process pipeline instrument flow chart, into the analysis and research stage. Production & Operation Dept., Motor Equipment Dept., Safety & Environment Dept., Electrical, Instrumentation and relevant workshop analysis team members attend the meeting.
Through this training, employees have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of HAZOP analysis and SIL evaluation, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for future HAZOP analysis and SIL (Safety Integrity Level) evaluation. At present, the evaluation unit has successively carried out SIL evaluation and verification on the aviation coal unit and isomerization unit. HAZOP analysis will be carried out on the storage and transportation system, finished product tank farm, heavy asphalt unit, sulfuric acid unit, etc. It is hoped that all units will effectively find out the hidden dangers in the operation of the unit through this analysis and evaluation, formulate perfect rectification measures, and provide technical guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the unit.
