The 50000 ton/year sulfur plant is about to start. In order to ensure the smooth start-up of the 50000 ton/year sulfur plant, the sulfur workshop conducts professional theoretical knowledge training for new employees. The training lasted 36 days and was divided into 7 stages. The training and learning were arranged for one and a half hours of study every night and passed the thorough examination for inspection. The training contents include the basic knowledge and preventive measures of sulfur unit, the basic knowledge of solvent regeneration and the preventive measures of hydrogen sulfide, including the training of the first start-up plan, process flow and equipment of sulfur unit, and finally learning about the interlock of sulfur unit.
This training has greatly enhanced the professional knowledge and skills of the new employees, so that the new employees fully understand the structure and principle of the sulfur device. In the future work, new employees should closely combine the knowledge they have learned with the device site, and the theory and practice confirm each other to lay a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of the device.
