On March 11, Class 3 of the coking workshop carried out a practical exercise at the plant site using the time of the deputy shift. In order to achieve the authenticity of the exercise, the participants do not prepare for the exercise in advance.
When the operators outside the third shift get the drill topic-the reboiler of the stabilization tower is smoking and catching fire, the participants will immediately take emergency measures, notify the shift leader, workshop leader and fire brigade in time, organize the evacuation of irrelevant personnel on site, ensure the unobstructed fire passage, and finally effectively control the reboiler.
After the drill, the workshop organized a drill summary meeting. Director Li commented that the staff should not talk on paper. They should really understand what to do in case of emergency and be orderly. The drill achieved the expected results.
