On the morning of March 11, the hydrocracking workshop conducted workshop-level training in March. The training was mainly divided into two parts: purging and isolation scheme of hydrocracking unit, and special training on instrument interlocking of aviation kero hydrogenation unit. According to the previous operation experience, the practical problems in the process of purging scheme are analyzed and explained. 39 interlocking items and 204 interlocking conditions of 14 important equipment are analyzed one by one.
This training is based on reality and pursues actual results, and strives to thoroughly purge and qualify the hydrocracking unit. The staff of the aviation fuel unit can have a deeper understanding and application of instrument interlocking, improve actual combat capability, and do their best to do major maintenance work to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
