The maximum nitrogen oxide concentration of sulfur tail gas incinerator is 121 mg/ m3, and the emission rate is 0.6 kg/h, which is in line with the "Integrated Air Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB16297-1996). The maximum concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons in the sewage waste gas treatment unit is 97.04 mg/m ', the maximum concentration of benzene is 0.458mg/m3, the maximum concentration of toluene is 0.1000 mg/m3, and the maximum concentration of xylene is 0.0326 mg/m3; the maximum concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons in the oil and gas recovery unit is 77.20mg/m3; the maximum concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons in the four-in-one furnace and catalyst regeneration flue gas is 24.66mg/m3, all of them meet the requirements in Table 1 of the Emission Control Standard for Volatile Organic Compounds in Industrial Enterprises (DB13/2322-2016). Unorganized waste gas: the maximum concentration of unorganized particulate matter emitted by the company is 0.59mg/m3, the maximum concentration of hydrogen chloride is 0.15mg/m3, and the concentration of benzopyrene is not detected, all of which meet the standards in Table 5 of the Emission Standard for Pollutants from Petroleum Refining Industry (GB31570-2015). The maximum value of ammonia concentration in unorganized emission is 0.08mg/m3, the maximum value of hydrogen sulfide concentration is 0.005mg/m3, and the maximum value of odor concentration is 16, which meets the standard in Table 1 of the Emission Standard for Malodorous Pollutants (GB14554-1993). The maximum concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons is 1.77mg/m3, the concentration of benzene is 0.0779mg/m3, the maximum concentration of toluene is 0.0412mg/m3, and the maximum concentration of xylene is 0.0212mg/m3, all of which meet the standards in Table 2 of the Emission Control Standard for Volatile Organic Compounds in Industrial Enterprises (DB13/2322-2016). |
