The sulfur workshop overcame the difficulties of tight time, heavy tasks, many new employees and incomplete completion of the device. The director of the workshop led the staff to the site to find out various problems of the device, gradually introduced the utility medium into the device, heated up the "three furnaces" and "three devices" in the early stage, and introduced nitrogen to replace the gas system, on September 16, 1.0MPa (MPa) steam was introduced to start heating the oven and dryer. The internal operation strictly heated the combustion furnace according to the heating curve. The temperature was raised to 150 ℃ (℃) for 36 hours. On September 21, ignition was carried out to raise the temperature to the operating temperature. Next, the sulfur workshop will be carefully organized and strictly operated, and strive to successfully start the 50000 tons/year sulfur unit at one time to ensure that the exhaust gas of the unit meets the emission standard as soon as possible.
