At present, the 1.4 million-ton/year diesel hydrogenation unit has entered the stage of three checks and four fixed problems rectification and pipeline hydraulic pressure test.
As an important link before the delivery of the device, the system hydraulic test is an important means to test the construction quality of the project and to ensure the operation of the device. The company attaches great importance to the acceptance of system hydraulic test, especially the confirmation work before pressure test, data review, conformity inspection of engineering entity installation and preparation before test. In strict accordance with Article 36 of the company's "Confirmation Form for Inspection Before Test of Process Pipeline System", item by item, special personnel and joint inspection and acceptance are carried out to ensure the quality of each pressure test package.
A total of 111 pressure test packages have been divided into diesel hydrogenation units. As of press release, 68 have been accepted, accounting for 61.2. The pressure test work is progressing in an orderly manner.
