In our power workshop, there has always been such a work requirement: it is the same during the day and night. this is what I taught us at the beginning of my work. every time I assign a task, the director will repeatedly emphasize this sentence to us. at the same time, the workshop leader always leads by example, sacrificing his rest time after work during the day to come to the workshop to help with the work, and never put the remaining problems on the next day.
