Work for yourself
I don't know since when, we have gradually lost our enthusiasm for work. Most of the time we go to and from work at a loss. When we get our salary on a fixed day, we still go to and from work at a loss, waiting for the next month's salary.
I don't know when there will always be a lot of complaints in my ears, such as too few resources, unfair treatment, too much pay, too little harvest, poor leadership, etc., complaining about social injustice, dark life, and no sunshine and hope.
But we must admit that we live in a real society, not a utopian ideal country. Life is fair to everyone, and you will get as much as you give. When you are complaining, the essence is to ask for it from others. Try to think from another perspective, why do we ask for it from others, whether what we do is worth what we get, and who are we working?
Perhaps on the surface, our daily work is to win profits for the enterprise, but in fact, we get not only money, but also experience, skills and opportunities for growth. Enterprises provide themselves with employment opportunities and solve their livelihood problems. In addition, we have gained valuable experience and technology in our work, laying the foundation for future development. In this sense, work is not just for us. Yourself?
When we are carelessly dealing with our work every day, we are actually joking about our young life. We are wasting our time, wasting every opportunity to learn, and giving up every opportunity to temper our will and ability. What we lose is ourselves. The harm is also ourselves.
