Persistence-due to frequent mid-shift work that leaves work very late and night shift work that cannot sleep, the rules of life and sleep are disrupted, making many shift workers unable to sleep at night and struggling to sleep during the day. Causes severe sleep disorders. Most of them have to take care of their families and children, and they often can't get a rest even after the night shift! After a night shift, even after a full day's sleep, it sometimes feels difficult to regain full strength. The emergence of this situation is mainly due to the change of the biological clock (day and night cycle) of the night shift personnel, who often can't sleep, eat well, feel weak, and lose energy. During the day, the light is strong and the outside world is noisy, which easily affects sleep (lack of deep sleep), so even if you sleep for a day, it is difficult to make up for sleep during the day.
