In winter, the safety of the installation site has become the top priority of the current work. Recently, under the leadership of safety director Han yueshu, the safety and environmental protection department, the production and operation department and the motor equipment department have formed a joint safety inspection team to continuously conduct systematic, detailed and comprehensive inspections on the plant's equipment, oil loading and unloading platforms and tank farms.
Safety issues include: hot work, monitoring personnel, staff level 3 education, special operations, emergency plans, fire fighting equipment, etc. Equipment issues include: equipment intact rate, leakage rate of precision sealing points, patrol inspection, etc. Production issues include: routine inspection contents such as operation discipline, process cards, operation procedures, etc. The inspection team focused on the inspection of oil loading and unloading platforms, refined oil areas, and tank areas, and required the leaders of relevant departments to do safety work in detail to ensure safe production of equipment in winter.
