Phase V catalytic project site safety and civilization quality inspection
On September 5, the team was led by chief engineer Hu Jingang, deputy chief engineer Qi Zhonghu, Tian Kaijun, Du Zhongqiang, Meng Prosperity, Bai Yunhong and other company leaders, with the participation of relevant departments and personnel such as technology development department, engineering management department, engineering quality supervision department, mobile equipment department, safety and environmental protection department, instrument workshop, electrical workshop and supervision, accompanied by the construction personnel of China Chemical Engineering Sixth Construction Co., Ltd., the five-stage catalytic joint device was inspected in detail in terms of safe and civilized construction and project quality.
This inspection is the first large-scale, comprehensive, thorough and in-depth inspection organized by the company since the start of the fifth phase of the project. During the on-site inspection, it was found that there were temporary edges, holes, holes, wells, etc. that were not protected. There are also protective measures that are in place. There are pipes, profiles, pipe fittings, flanges, valves, bolts and gaskets that are not properly protected by rust and piled up randomly; there are also materials placed neatly and materials marked clearly. There are pipe sections that are not blocked and welding is skewed. There are also welding joint identification specifications and bolt maintenance in place. In the process data inspection of the two systems, it is found that the construction plan, organization, technical disclosure, safety meeting records and other data are relatively perfect, however, there are a series of problems such as material inspection, steel structure inspection, equipment inspection and other inspection data and process handover data lagging behind. On site, the construction unit is required to rectify the bad ones one by one, praise the good ones, continue to maintain the good aspects, and horizontally drive other projects under construction to learn.
Through this inspection, the problems existing in the site of the catalytic combined device are exposed one by one, which provides the basis and direction for the future construction management.
