Carrying the expectations and trust of the people of the province, the second meeting of the 13th People's Congress of Hebei Province opened on January 14 in the provincial capital Hebei Hall. Deputies to the National People's Congress from all over the province and all fronts gathered in the provincial capital to jointly seek the reform and development plan of Hebei in the new period. Zhan Guohai, a representative of the National People's Congress and chairman of Hebei Xinhai Holdings, attended the meeting.
The past 2018 is the first year to fully implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is also a key year for Hebei Xinhai Holdings to adhere to innovation-driven and high-quality development. The group firmly establishes and practices the concept of green development and takes industrial transformation. Upgrade as a breakthrough, actively extend the industrial chain, and accelerate the construction of seven units including 1.6 million tons/year catalytic cracking unit and 1.4 million tons/year diesel upgrading unit, strive to be completed and put into production in 2019, laying a solid foundation for the construction of a large-scale refining and chemical integration base in North China.
2019 is the 70th anniversary of the founding of the the People's Republic of China, and it is also a key year for building a well-off society in an all-round way and achieving the first strategic goal. Hebei Xinhai Holdings will closely follow the market demand, take innovation as the guide, put "advanced equipment, clean production and high-end products" in the first place of the group's high-quality development, practice the new development concept, continuously enhance the vitality and innovation power of the enterprise's economic development, continue to invest 6 billion yuan to expand the six-phase project, and strive to achieve production and efficiency in 2020.
