The Zhongjie Xiuyu City project developed by Xiushui Bay Real Estate, a subsidiary of Hebei Xinhai Holdings, broke ground at the sales office at 10: 00 a.m. on May 24, and the model demonstration area of Xiuyu City project officially entered the construction phase.
The Xiuyu City project is located in the China-Czech High-tech Development Zone, adjacent to Shengtai Golf. It covers an area of 168 acres. The total planned construction area of the project is 186700 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 133900 square meters. The design of Xiuyu City project focuses on the fashionable Chinese element-ancient city, adopts the new Asian style, and refers to the concept of "three in home".
