PROJECT INTRODUCTION |
This project belongs to the field of petrochemical industry. Diesel products are an indispensable strategic energy source, which plays an inestimable role in ensuring national economic and social development and national defense security. Hydrocracking technology can convert inferior wax oil components into high value-added diesel products. High-quality diesel products are required to be rich in isoparaffins and single-ring long-chain naphthenes. Wax oil contains aromatics, naphthenes and paraffins, but the molecular composition and structure of hydrocarbons in the hydrocracking reaction zone of wax oil change dynamically. The existing hydrocracking technology often uses a single catalyst system, which can not match the dynamic change law of hydrocarbon molecular composition in different reaction zones, which is easy to cause the problem of insufficient conversion of cyclic hydrocarbons and excessive cracking of paraffins, which is directly reflected in the unqualified quality of diesel oil or the decrease of yield. In addition, the hydrogenation reaction is a strong exothermic reaction. In order to prevent the temperature from flying, a large amount of cold hydrogen needs to be injected into the reaction process. The hydrogen consumption and carbon emissions of the device are high, which seriously affects the green and sustainable development of enterprises. InUnder the goal of "double carbon", low energy consumption and high quality diesel products are major technical problems. Based on the in-depth study and understanding of the molecular composition, structure and reaction sequence of hydrocarbons in the hydrocracking reaction zone, a low-carbon and high-efficiency hydrocracking technology with high-quality diesel oil production was invented. 1The first to promote the efficient ring-opening of cyclic hydrocarbons.-Paraffin isomerization retention reaction zoning strengthening control method, the first to achieve industrial application.
