  At 9 a.m. on July 28, Xinhai holding group held a mid-2021 work summary and maintenance commencement mobilization meeting in the conference and activity center. The meeting summarized the work in the first half of 2021 and arranged and deployed the work tasks in the second half of 2021. More than 700 leaders of the group company, branches, grass-roots units, heads of functional departments and staff representatives attended the meeting.
  Zhan Guohai, chairman of Xinhai holding group, Liu Fulu, President, Zhang ZHANJING and Liu Jianping, vice presidents, Wang Zhiquan, chairman of the board of supervisors, Teng Yongsheng, chief financial officer, Hu Jingang, sun Ruihong and Xiao Ligang, deputy general managers, were seated on the rostrum.   The chairman said that 2021 is a special and meaningful year, the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party, the opening year of the national "14th five year plan" and the 10th anniversary of Xinhai expansion. These situations are both challenges and opportunities for Xinhai.
  In combination with the development direction and specific work of the enterprise in the second half of the year, the chairman focused on: first, stick to the original intention and continue to carry forward the spirit of hard work and entrepreneurship. The so-called original intention of Xinhai is to "overcome difficulties for development and seek results through pragmatic innovation". All cadres and employees should look back on the "original intention" and forge ahead on the development node of expansion for ten years. The company has made clear its future development orientation, accelerated the construction of units, constantly upgraded the equipment and technology optimization, realized the green, low-carbon and sustainable development of the enterprise with the help of the improvement of scientific and technological level and personnel quality, and finally built an intelligent and green petrochemical enterprise. 2、 Never forget love and constantly practice the mission of social responsibility.
