【Summary】By using the method of "looking, smelling, asking and cutting" to carry out patrol inspection, we can find out these inevitable characteristics in the process of quantitative change in time, deal with them before the qualitative change of equipment accidents, actively prevent qualitative change and prevent accidents.
By using the method of "looking, smelling, asking and cutting" to carry out patrol inspection, we can find out these inevitable characteristics in the process of quantitative change in time, deal with them before the qualitative change of equipment accidents, actively prevent qualitative change and prevent accidents.
Look, you have to be diligent.
When inspecting the equipment, the inspectors should look at the eight roads, make full use of their eyes, find running, emitting, dripping and leaking from the appearance of the equipment, and find out whether the equipment is in a normal state through the changes in the position and color of the equipment and even the parts. Prevent the accident from running under your nose.
Smell, do ear, nose frequently
Patrol inspectors should listen to all directions, make full use of their nose and ears, find out whether the smell of the equipment changes and whether the sound is abnormal, so as to find out the equipment in abnormal state and carry out targeted treatment.
Ask, be diligent
Patrol inspectors should ask more questions. One is to ask themselves a few more why. Asking is also a process of using the brain. Without the brain, they will turn a blind eye. The second is to ask clearly about the work of the previous shift and the work that has not been completed in the process of shift change, and to have a detailed understanding so as to know fairly well. The personnel who hand over the shift should explain every detail clearly to prevent accidents from occurring in the interval of shift change.
Cut, be diligent
As long as the inspection personnel can touch the equipment by hand or through special inspection tools, they should feel the temperature change and vibration during the operation of the equipment by hand or special tools. Before operating the equipment, the operation actions and procedures shall be copied empty-handed. Do not touch your hands diligently, causing misoperation.
The four methods of "looking, smelling, asking and cutting" are to monitor the shape, position, color, smell, sound, temperature, vibration and other aspects of the operating equipment through the functions of the inspection personnel's eyes, nose, ears, mouth and hands. From the changes in the above aspects, abnormal phenomena are found and correct judgments are made. The four methods of 'looking, smelling, asking and cuting' are a systematic method of judgment, which should not be separated from each other and are often used comprehensively. As long as the inspection personnel fully perform five duties, mobilize people's sensory functions, and make reasonable use of the four inspection methods of "looking, smelling, asking and cutting", they can find out the quantitative changes of equipment before the accident and deal with them in time to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
